Toni Marshall is a native Houstonian, and proud product of Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Galveson-Houston. She attended St. Vincent de Paul and Incarnate Word Academy. She also graduated from Texas Southern University with a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, and a Masters degree in Educational Administration. She brings 21 years of experience as an educator and administrator in public and Catholic schools. Most recently, she served as Principal of the recently closed St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School in Houston. She is married with two daughters; and she believes that every child has unique gifts and talents that are cultivated and developed by the educators with whom they interact. She is thoroughly excited about joining the St. Anne community.
